What happens when the Encore cistern is full? Where does the condensate go?
We have incorporated a safety overflow allowing the excess condensate to be connected back to the main drain. As our overflow has a 75mm deepwater seal, no further traps are required allowing an easier connection to the drainage stack.

Yes. While Encore is designed to be connected to a local air conditioning unit, in offices, it can also be connected to a main condensate drain from a number of air conditioning units as would typically be expected in such an environment.

The same amount of time as it would take to install a conventional cistern. Another advantage of Encore is its simplicity to use. It only needs the air conditioning drain pipe to be redirected into the Encore cistern.

Whilst anyone can install the Encore cistern we suggest that you consult with a suitably qualified plumber to carry out the installation just as you would with a conventional cistern.
